Jeddah Central Development Company: Diamond Sponsor of The Global Project Management Forum - Second Edition

Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC), a wholly owned company by the Public Investment Fund and the master developer of the Jeddah Central development, is a diamond sponsor of The Global Project Management Forum (GPMF) - second edition, which will be held under the theme of "The Integrated System for Project Management: The Path to Excellence,". The forum is organized by the Project Management Institute – KSA Chapter in Riyadh during the period from 12 to 13 June 2023, which will bring together project managers, decision-makers, leading professionals, and thought leaders from across the globe. The forum will attract international and regional experts to discuss various topics related to the project management field and explore latest technologies in the field.

 

Jeddah Central Development Company's participation in the forum emphasizes its commitment for sharing and exchanging industry experience, best practices, and insights in the project management field. The forum also offers a unique opportunity for all participating entities to showcase their projects, initiatives, and tools contributing to the successful execution of projects and spurring economic growth and diversification in line with the Saudi Vision 2030.

 

JCDC booth will exhibit its four landmarks comprising Jeddah Central Development Project, including the Industrial Museum, the Opera House, the Sports Stadium and the Oceanarium. Visitors will be provided with a Virtual Reality experience, offering a glimpse of these landmarks in their final state.

 

The Jeddah Central development is poised to redefine urban development in Jeddah with its four landmarks. Embodying state-of-the-art design principles inspired by Jeddah's authentic architecture. The project will introduce modern residential spaces incorporating 17,000 units, in addition to hotel facilities offering more than 2,700 hotel rooms. The development will be implemented in three phases, the first stage is set to welcome its first visitors by 2027.
